Notice is hereby given to interested persons to participate in the contract for Pharmaceuticals and related Medical Supplies of the Ministry of Health, Government of Belize for the period 2011-12.

All interested persons are asked to contact the Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Ministry of Health, Third Floor, East Block Building, Belmopan (Tel. 822-2325) for the documents and the guidelines for completing the document. Businesses participating in the contract for pharmaceuticals must have a registered pharmacist. A fee of $200.00 made payable to the Government Treasury is required for the acquisition of the document. The receipt must be produced at the point of collecting the document.

The criteria for selection will be:
•    Quality of the Products
•    Cost
•    Delivery time
•    Supplier performance and reliability

The document can be collected from the Chief Executive Officer’s Secretary – Ministry of Health, East Block, Belmopan from Tuesday, November 22nd. All documents should be returned to the Ministry of Health by Thursday December 22nd, 2011 before 4:00 p.m.

Please be prepared to submit relevant samples immediately upon request.
